datomo® Mobile Forms is an efficient software that enables you to create mobile forms and therefore obtain data from surveys on successful sales, your inventory or make diverse checks as well as other business processes in real-time by using your mobile phone.

datomo® Mobile Forms can virtually mobilize any workflow. Every paper-based form can be integrated to mobile devices as an electronic form. The forms can be created by the user in a very short time – often in a few minutes -, activated on the devices and operated very easily with a click.

You can chose forms from a wide selection of available templates that you can adjust to your individual needs without problems. Alternatively you can use your own template to create a mobile form in just minutes – without any further programming. More complex forms and entire workflows can be developed and produced according to client requests. Once the form corresponds to your requirements, datomo® Mobile Forms enables you to distribute these to mobile devices via your mobile phone network or WLAN.

Go to your datomo® installation:

• Create your own form on the web portal, in Excel or an editor on your PC
• Download sample templates immediately or design your own form
• Distribute the form with a touch of a key via Over The Air to connected devices
• High flexibility through easily configurable forms

2. Complete:

• Collect information
• Quick and easy data entry via intuitive manipulation/handling of employees
• Data entry is either possible online in real-time as well as offline without a mobile phone network

3. Evaluate and Manage:

• Collected information is saved locally or directly transferred to the server – datomo® can therefore also be applied without a mobile network
• Evaluate your results: Load completed forms as pdf or csv file for further processing which you can smoothly integrate into your workflow
• Easy installation without special software and programming knowledge
• Secure data transfer based on encrypted communication

4. Extension of Options: Organization-wide Solutions

• Application of the solution on your own company server which can make the solution available on the intranet
